  • 1/4 cups Wheat Germ Or Flour
  • 1-1/4 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/8 cups Oil
  • 1/2 cups Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

    Combine the oats, sunflower seeds, coconut, wheat germ, and rice krispies into a bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients together and bring to a boil. Pour boiled mixture over dry ingredients and mix well. Cook for 7-10 minutes in an insulated pan at 350°F, turning once.
