- 6 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Mangoes

1Stir together coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Let mixture sit for at least 2 hours or refrigerate overnight to allow the chia seeds to expand and soften.

2Puree mangoes and pour over the top of the coconut milk chia seed mixture. Enjoy!
