Mango, Chilli & Mint Salad

- 1 mango
- 2 avocado depending on size
- 1 chilli
- fresh mint leaves
- leaves Fresh basilikum
- 7/8 cup cashew nuts
- 1 sweet paprika
- 1 lime
- baby spinach leaves
- cheese Optional:, I have tried with both blue cheese and chevre. Both we're really yum.
Directions

1Cut all of the ingredients for the salad (except Mint and Basilikum leaves)

2Take a handful of mint (and afterwards repeat with basilikum) and rip the leaves apart allowing for its smell and taste to come out stronger, and sprinkle it on top of the salad

3Add a squeeze of lemon
