- 12 c. ripe mangoes
- 1/2 c. green ginger root or candied ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 chili peppers
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- 3 c. raisins
- 2 large onions, cut up
Directions

1Boil the sugar and vinegar for 5 minutes.
