  • 2 cups mangoes, fresh and chopped
  • 14 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and set pan over medium-high heat.

    Bring to a simmer and cook 10 to 15 minutes, until mango breaks down and sauce thickens.

    (Sauce should reduce to about 1 cup).
