- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1 cup Long grain white rice
- 2 cup veggies (peppers, onion, etc)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 Assorted seasoning
Directions

1Start rice cooking per instructions

2Brown ground beef, add worcestershire and soy sauce and chili powder.

3Season further if desired (italian and montreal steak spice are good)

4When ground beef is browned, drain and set aside.

5Put a bit of cooking oil in a pan and put in veggies, cook until tender.

6Add ground beef and rice and mix well.

7Serve!

8Good with a bit of sriracha sauce.
