  • 1 mango (about 1 lb.), coarsely chopped
  • 1 c. golden raisins
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar crystallized ginger
