- 1 12 cups orange juice
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 cups mangoes, chopped
- 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 teaspoon ground cloves
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 18 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions

1Combine it all in a pot.

2Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 30 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.

4Serve with meat on sandwich.
