  • 4 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce Curacao
  • 12 cup finely-chopped fresh mango
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 2 cups finely-crushed ice

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until the contents have the texture of snow.

    Pour into 2 well-chilled 6-ounce champagne or wine glasses and serve with short drinking straws.
