  • 1 ripe mango
  • 12 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 14 cup 1% lactose milk
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

    Cut the mango and discard bone.

    Scoop the mango meat and put in the blender, add the yogurt, milk and ice cubes and blend for 1 minute and serve.

    Serves two glasses.
