  • 1 large egg yolk
  • FILLING
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup (250 mL) fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup MANGO pulp 1 tbsp (15 mL) grated lime rind
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups (500 mL) sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
  • GARNISH
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) icing sugar (optional)
