- 34 cup mango puree or 1 -2 fresh mango, washed,peeled,chopped and pureed
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt or 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 2 14 cups cold water
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- crushed ice, as required
Directions

1Put the yogurt, sugar and cold water in a blend.

2Blend at high speed.

3Add mango puree.

4Mix well.

5Take 2 glasses and put some crushed ice in them.

6Pour your mango lassi over it and serve.
