  • 34 cup mango puree or 1 -2 fresh mango, washed,peeled,chopped and pureed
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt or 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 2 14 cups cold water
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • crushed ice, as required

Directions

    Put the yogurt, sugar and cold water in a blend.

    Blend at high speed.

    Add mango puree.

    Mix well.

    Take 2 glasses and put some crushed ice in them.

    Pour your mango lassi over it and serve.
