- 1 mango, peeled, seeded, and sliced
- 1/4 tbsp lime juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 packages pie crust, prepared double
Directions

1Preheate oven to 350F

2Toss the slides green mango with lime juice to the large bowl

3In separate bowl, toss together flour, sugar, salt, and nutmeg

4Layer the sugar mixture and the sliced mango in several layers in the pie shell bottom.

5Dot with butter, then top with the other half of the pie crust.

7Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until the mango has softned and the pie crust golden brown.
