  • 1 mango, peeled, seeded, and sliced
  • 1/4 tbsp lime juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 packages pie crust, prepared double

    Preheate oven to 350F

    Toss the slides green mango with lime juice to the large bowl

    In separate bowl, toss together flour, sugar, salt, and nutmeg

    Layer the sugar mixture and the sliced mango in several layers in the pie shell bottom.

    Dot with butter, then top with the other half of the pie crust.

    Pirck with the forks

    Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until the mango has softned and the pie crust golden brown.
