  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 34 cup raisins

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Using medium speed beat butter and sugar till fluffy.

    Beat in eggs one at a time till blended.

    Beat in vanilla and margarine.

    Stir in flour mixture just till moist.

    Fold in raisins.

    Spoon into loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
