  • 2 (16 oz.) cans mangos with syrup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • mayonnaise (to line 9 x 12-inch pan)

Directions

    Blend mangos with syrup and cream cheese (use blender). Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Combine mango mixture with Jell-O.

    Pour

    into mayonnaise lined pan.

    Refrigerate.

    Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
