  • 1 lb. candied cherries
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple
  • 2 lb. nuts (8 c.)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

    Beat eggs; add sugar. Pour over dredged fruit and nuts. Mix well.

    275° on bottom rack of oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. (Use

    you may use a 10-inch tube pan and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 275°.
