  • 2 medium tomatoes, small dice (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 medium red onion, small dice (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
