- 2 medium tomatoes, small dice (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 medium red onion, small dice (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
