  • 1 baby romaine leaves separated
  • 1 mango peeled, cut away from pit and sliced
  • 1 avocado peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 2 1/4 pounds cooked shrimp medium, peeled, deveined, tails intact

Directions

    Arrange lettuce leaves, mango and avocado in serving dishes. Top with shrimp and chill until required.

    For Thousand Island Dressing, whisk all dressing ingredients together. Season to taste.
