  • 4 puff pastry individual, squares, cut out the squares from an already spread out puff pastry rolls, 15 cm. on each side
  • 1 mango ripe
  • brown sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon crushed pistachios unsalted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Peel and cut the mango into cubes.

    Place the pastry squares on a baking pan. Sprinkle lightly with sugar.

    Place the mango cubes in the center of each square.

    Bring the tips of the square towards the center to cover the mango (leaving a space so that fruit is still visible). Glaze the pastry squares with the egg yolk diluted with 1 tablespoon of water.

    Sprinkle again with brown sugar and then pistachio.

    Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
