- 1 kg. mango juice
- 1.6 kg. sugar
- 1.4 kg. water
- 35 to 40 g. citric acid
- 3 g. potassium meta-bisulfite
Directions

1Boil the sugar and the water; strain through a cloth to clean it.

2Add mango juice and other ingredients which will act as preservative.

3If you don't want to keep the squash for any length of time, omit the potassium meta-bisulfite.
