- 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 (10 oz.) cans Manhattan clam chowder
- 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1 can mushrooms
Directions

1Precook chicken until tender.

2Melt margarine in electric skillet.

3Cook celery, onions and mushrooms until tender.

4Stir in the soups and sherry; add the chicken.

5Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
