Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 lb. ground hamburger
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 10 or 12 oz. jar apricot preserves
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Directions

    Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and seasonings and mix lightly.

    Shape into medium meatballs.

    Brown in margarine.

    Put in casserole and combine preserves and barbecue sauce.

    Pour over meatballs.

    (Cover dish.)

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
