- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) jar Kraft apricot preserves
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt; mix lightly.

2Shape into 1-inch meatballs.

3Brown in margarine; drain. Place in 2-quart casserole.

4Combine preserves and barbecue sauce.

5Pour over meatballs.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7Makes approximately 4 1/2 dozen.
