  • small carton Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 small pkg. shredded Provolone
  • parsley
  • oregano
  • 1 box manicotti noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Brown ground beef with parsley and oregano (to taste); add sauce to warm.

    Stuff noodles (do not cook noodles first) with beef/sauce mixture.

    Bake in covered casserole dish at 300° to 350° for about 1 hour.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
