- 1 pkg. jumbo shells
- 3 c. Ricotta or well drained cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook shells; drain on paper towel.

2Combine cheeses, egg, salt, oregano and pepper.

3Spread a thin layer of sauce in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Fill shells with cheese mixture.

5Place in dish; cover with sauce.

6Sprinkle some Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese over the top.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
