- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8 manicotti, cooked and drained
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and garlic; drain fat.

2Blend next 4 ingredients in bowl; stir in ground beef.

3Fill each manicotti with about 1/4 cup cheese-meat filling.

4Place manicotti in single layer in 10 x 8-inch baking dish.

5Sprinkle with any remaining filling.

6Cover completely with sauce.

7Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.

8Cover dish with aluminum foil.

9Bake in 325° oven for 15 minutes.

10Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 4.
