- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese (8 oz.)
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8 manicotti shells
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute beef and garlic until browned.

2Drain.

3Mix together cottage cheese, Mozzarella, salt and mayonnaise.

4Stir in beef. Cook manicotti in boiling water 8 to 10 minutes.

5Drain.

6Add cold water.

7Remove manicotti from water, 1 at a time.

8Fill with about 1/4 cup filling.

9Place in single layer in 11 3/4 x 7 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.

10Cover with sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and oregano on top.

11Bake, covered, for 15 minutes.

12Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
