- 7 manicotti shells
- 24 oz. cottage cheese (fat-free)
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (fat-free)
- 1 (27 1/2 oz.) Ragu light pasta sauce
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
Directions

1Cook shells as directed on box.

2Mix together cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

3Mix chopped tomatoes into Ragu sauce. Pour 1 cup of tomato sauce into a baking dish.

4Stuff shells with cheese mixture and lay shells in dish.

5Pour remaining sauce over shells.

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
