  • 7 manicotti shells
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese (fat-free)
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (fat-free)
  • 1 (27 1/2 oz.) Ragu light pasta sauce
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes

Directions

    Cook shells as directed on box.

    Mix together cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

    Mix chopped tomatoes into Ragu sauce. Pour 1 cup of tomato sauce into a baking dish.

    Stuff shells with cheese mixture and lay shells in dish.

    Pour remaining sauce over shells.
