- 2 pkg. jumbo shells
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Boil jumbo shells 6 minutes and test.

2Do not overcook. Drain.

3Mix Ricotta, grated Mozzarella cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper together for filling.

4Put spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

5Fill each shell 1/2 to 3/4 full with cheese mixture and put in pan.

6Top with sauce and more grated cheese.

7Bake at 375° for 40 minutes, covered with foil.

8Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
