- 4 cups crushed strawberries
- 1 12 cups Splenda granular
- 1 (1 5/8 ounce) package freezer jam pectin
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Directions

1Place crushed strawberries in a large bowl.

3Stir in SPLENDA.

4Let stand 15 minutes.

5Slowly sprinkle Gelling Powder into fruit mixture, while stirring for 3 minutes.

6Let stand 5 minutes.

7Stir again for 1 minute.

8Pour into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2 inch (1 cm) head space; seal.

9(To sterilize jars, place both lids and jars in boiling water for 15 minutes before filling.)

10Store in freezer for up to 1 year or in the refrigerator for 6 weeks.
