- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese or cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt.

2Shape into 24 meatballs.

3In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings. Stir in soup, water and parsley.

4Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes.

5Stir often.

6Can serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
