- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
Directions

2Cook chicken in hot oil over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
