Maple Chicken Drumettes

Ingredients
- 14 cup real maple syrup (I used sugar free maple syrup)
- 14 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (I used dried)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon ground mustard
- 14 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne, if desired)
- 2 lbs chicken drummettes (I am using pkg of regular chicken wings both pieces type, about 20)
Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2Mix all ingredients except chicken.

3Place chicken in ungreased jelly roll pan (15-1/2 X 10-1/2 X 1 inch).

4Pour syrup mixture over chicken, turn chicken to coat.

5Bake uncovered 45 -55 minutes, turning once & brushing with sauce after 30 minutes until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

6Serve chicken with sauce.

7Can be served with blue cheese dressing or chili sauce.
