- 3 lbs baby back ribs
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
Directions

1Separate pork into ribs.

2Put in greased 9x13 pan.

3Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs, turning to coat.

4Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or till glazed and tender.

5Baste every 15 minutes without turning.

6Serve sauce over ribs.
