- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 3/4 c. maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter (no substitutes)
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- assorted fresh fruit
Directions

1In saucepan, combine flour, syrup and egg until smooth.

2Add butter, bring to boil.

3Boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.

4Cover and refrigerate until completely cooled.

5Fold in whipped cream.
