Maple-Glazed Ham

  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 1/4 lb piece bone-in ham, skin removed, fat scored in a diamond pattern
  • None None watercress, to serve

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Combine orange juice, maple syrup and mustard. Brush over ham. Place in a baking dish and bake for 35-40 mins, until glaze is caramelized, basting every 10 mins. Set ham aside.

    Simmer pan juices until thickened slightly. Slice ham and serve with watercress, drizzled with pan juices.
