- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated peeled ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 4- 6 oz. salmon fillet
- 1 green onion, sliced thin
Directions

1Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

2In small bowl, whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, cornstarch, and 1 Tbsp. water until blended.

3In shallow 1 1/2 qt. casserole, place salmon skin side down.

4Spoon glaze over fish and roast 15 minutes, without turning over, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

5Baste once halfway through cooking time.

6Sprinkle with green onion to serve.
