- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 c. graham crackers, crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with mixer until creamy.

3Then beat in egg and maple flavoring. Add graham cracker crumbs and flour, blending thoroughly.

4Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.

5Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

6Makes about 4 dozen.
