- 1 c. maple syrup
- 1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
- 2 egg yolks, beaten slightly
Directions

1Mix the syrup with the egg yolks.

2Cook in a double boiler until the mixture is slightly thick.

3Let it cool.

4When cool, fold the mixture into the whipped cream.

5Place in freezer.

6Just before it freezes, stir it thoroughly.
