  • 1 c. maple syrup
  • 1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten slightly

Directions

    Mix the syrup with the egg yolks.

    Cook in a double boiler until the mixture is slightly thick.

    Let it cool.

    When cool, fold the mixture into the whipped cream.

    Place in freezer.

    Just before it freezes, stir it thoroughly.
