- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon maple flavoring
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
