  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inches)

Directions

    In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth. Add syrup, butter, vanilla, salt and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
