- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 3 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
