- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1 c. coarsely broken pecans
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly; add the sugar, flour, corn syrup and butter.

2Beat until blended.

3Cover bottom of pie shell with pecans.

4Pour syrup mixture over pecans.

5Bake in a preheated 375° oven until the center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes.

6Cool on a wire rack.

7Serve with unsweetened whipped cream if desired.
