  • 14 cup pecans
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 2 dates
  • 1 egg

    Soak dates in one cup of water for about two hours.

    Put soaking water with the dates and pecans in food processor and process until smooth.

    That may take 2 to 5 minutes.

    As soon as the nutmilk is smooth, add maple syrup, whey protein and egg.

    Continue processing until everything is smooth and creamy.
