  • 12 ozs blue cheese, at room temp
  • 10 ozs processed Cheddar cheese spread, at room temp
  • 24 ozs cream cheese, at room temp
  • 1 tsp MSG
  • 4 T grated onion
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c ground pecans (opt)
  • 1/3 c minced parsley
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients until thoroughly blended.

    Fold in pecans and parsley.

    Add mayonnaise to desired consistency.
