- 1 c. dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 3 tsp. maple flavoring
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 3 c. or more pecans
Directions

1Cook sugars, syrup, cream and salt over high heat until mixture forms a soft ball (235°) when dropped in water.

2Remove from heat. Add flavoring and pecans.

3Beat until creamy.

4Drop from spoon onto waxed paper.
