  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
  • 3 tsp. maple flavoring
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 3 c. or more pecans

Directions

    Cook sugars, syrup, cream and salt over high heat until mixture forms a soft ball (235°) when dropped in water.

    Remove from heat. Add flavoring and pecans.

    Beat until creamy.

    Drop from spoon onto waxed paper.
