- 1/2 cups Pure Maple Syrup (I Use A Vermont Brand, Any Good Maple Syrup Will Work)
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Ginger Root
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
Directions

1In a saucepan add all ingredients. Heat on low/simmer and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Allow to cool and place in an airtight jar or container.

2Use immediately or store in the refrigerator. It can be warmed up when ready to serve. We love this on shrimp! Enjoy.
