- 3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 3/4 c. oat bran
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 3/4 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Oil small gem or muffin tins or line with baking cups. Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix flour, oat bran, baking powder and cinnamon in large bowl.

3Combine oil, maple syrup and milk in another bowl.

4Add to flour and mix.

5Fold in raisins and pecans. Fill cups with batter.

6Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Turn out on wire racks to cool.
