- 1 lb sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
Directions

1Line a metal mould with parchment paper.

2In a large pot, cook sugar, syrup and water together.

3When the temperature reaches 150 C, whisk baking soda until blended. Be careful as the baking soda will cause the mixture to foam dramatically.

4Pour into mould.

5Set aside to cool.

6Crack into pieces to enjoy!
