- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. water
- dash of salt
- maple flavoring to taste
Directions

1Combine sugar, water, salt and corn syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil; cover.

2Boil gently 10 minutes or until syrup spins a thread (keeping pan covered prevents formation of crystals around sides of pan).

3Add maple flavoring to taste.
